What happened to the Veteran and Master levels of the cleanse?
We have temporarily suspended our Veteran and Master cleanse levels as we have phased out our soy protein cleanses. Our new Beginner level cleanse is soy free.

How often should I use Kaeng Raeng Cleanse?
Although each individual person's detox needs are different, we recommend conducting a three or six day detox once every quarter (4 times per year). How will you know? As soon as you start to feel fatigued, bloated, or generally gross on your current diet, you can always turn to a healthier lifestyle with Kaeng Raeng. As always, conduct your cleanse with plenty of water (at least 24 oz per serving in addition to the recommended 64 oz per day).
Is ordering secure?
Yes - we use a secure connection (SSL) as well as the most trusted payment gateway on the Internet, Authorize.net. Our checkout process is very secure. In fact, if your billing address does not exactly match the address your credit card company has on file, your payment will not go through. What currency do you accept?
Our web site charges in, and accepts, only US dollars. If you are outside of the United States, your credit card or Paypal account will be charged in USD and will convert to your home currency rate based on foreign exchange rates used by your credit card company. Foreign exchange rates change several times per day; however, you can get a general idea of what your credit card will be charged in your home currency using Google. Your credit card company may also charge you a foreign exchange rate.

What is your shipping policy?
All domestic orders have FREE SHIPPING. We ship orders the day they are placed (5pm eastern cut off). However, if there is a problem with your address or if we have questions about your order, it may be delayed. If we believe there is a problem with shipping your order we will contact you ASAP. We ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for all cleanse programs shipping to the US, USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation for all trial packets and body care products shipping to the US, and USPS Parcel Post with delivery confirmation for all wholesale orders shipping to the US. Please consider national holidays in shipping time. All of our Priority Mail programs are sent 2-day mail (3-day for Hawaii and Alaska); however, due to extreme weather conditions, shipment may require 3 days. What is your international shipping policy?
All international orders are shipped via International First Class Mail. Price varies by order size and location. We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, the UK, Australia, China, Japan, India, Thailand, and New Zealand, as well as most European and South American countries. We try to ship orders the day they are placed (cut off is 5pm eastern). We ship with delivery confirmation for all cleanse programs. Please consider national holidays in shipping time. Most of our international orders leave the United States within 2 business days. However, due to customs regulations, orders may sit in your home country for up to 6 weeks before delivery. Most of our international customers get their orders within 10 days. We have no control over customs delays so please be patient!
Is my shipment tracked?
Yes. We ship USPS Priority Mail for all detox programs and USPS First Class mail for all individual trial packets. We ship all wholesale orders as Parcel Post (due to weight). Every order has delivery confirmation. Refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Do you ship to military bases?
Yup! We send packages to Armed Forces Africa, Americas, Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Pacific. Just select one of those as your "state" during checkout. Please make sure to indicate if it's being sent to an APO, FPO, or DPO in the "city" address field during checkout.
Can I gift wrap my order?
Yes - some of our items qualify for gift wrap at an additional cost. You will see the ability to gift wrap in your cart during check out. I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

Unfortunately our coupon codes sometimes expire. We run specific promotions with different health and beauty publications. These promotions are not indefinite and we cannot extend them beyond the expiration date.

What is your cancellation policy?
Change your mind? You can request an order cancellation by emailing us. Be sure to include your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we will try our best to accommodate you. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Can I return a body care product?
You may return unopened body care products to us. Each of our body care products comes in a sealed box. Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return. Please contact [email protected] to arrange a return of an unused body care product.
What if I don't like my cleanse? Can I get a refund?
We cannot guarantee satisfaction and we cannot offer refunds. We sell individual trial packets so that you can taste the product before committing to a full program. I found the cleanse really difficult so I didn't finish. Can I return my unused pouches?
Unfortunately we do not offer a money back guarantee, and we cannot accept returned product for any reason. What Makes Kaeng Raeng Different
What are the flavors for the cleanse? Does an order come with all three flavors?
Each cleanse program comes with all three flavors: "into the blue" - blueberry, banana; "daybreak" - mango, peach, pineapple; "joyful" - strawberry, raspberry, pineapple. If you are allergic to any of these fruits, send a request for a customized order to [email protected].
One serving of the cleanse tasted different from another. Why is that?
Because Kaeng Raeng is made from fruit, it will taste the same way fresh fruit does. Just like one fresh strawberry won't taste exactly the same as another fresh strawberry, you will experience the same differences with Kaeng Raeng. Our fruit is picked from the earth, freeze dried for preservation, and ground up for your convenience. Our fiber is made from indigestible vegetable seed, grown on the earth and safe for daily use. Our pea protein is non-gmo.
Why is fiber so important? How much fiber is in Kaeng Raeng Cleanse?
Fiber plays an important role in defining the way you look and feel, the status of your health and indirectly, the health of our planet. This calorie-free substance, found mainly in plant food sources, is mostly indigestible and passes through the digestive tract intact. Fiber also fills us up. What are ProBiotics? How will that help me detox?
"Probiotic" means, literally, "for life." As defined by the World Health Organization (WHO), a probiotic is a living microorganism that, when administered in adequate amounts, confers a health benefit on its host. Probiotic live cultures are friendly bacteria that help to regulate and speed up digestion through the intestines and colon. Ask your doctor before starting Kaeng Raeng if you are currently taking anti-biotics for any reason. Kaeng Raeng only uses non-dairy derived probiotic cultures.
Does Kaeng Raeng Cleanse have caffeine?

We use freeze-dried fruit purchased directly from distributors based in Northern California. Using local distribution keeps our carbon footprint low! We know that the fruit we buy contains no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives.
Is Kaeng Raeng Kosher?
Kaeng Raeng is not certified Kosher. However, Kaeng Raeng contains absolutely no animal products. All of the fruit is inspected prior to the freeze-drying process. KR never comes in contact with meat or dairy in any step of the manufacturing and fulfillment process.

Why should I cleanse?
Removing toxins from the body can have many positive side effects including weight loss, reduction in bloating, increased immune system, improved skin and hair, reduced cravings and overeating, and better clarity of mind. If properly conducted, a detox can rapidly help you jumpstart a weight loss plan, or make you feel fresh after days, weeks, months, or years of binging or not taking care of your body.
How does the cleanse work?
Your body can consume all natural ingredients easily, healthfully separating fiber and nutrients, and passing waste through your colon cleanly. When you consume additives, chemicals, toxins, and other processed foods, your digestive system cannot properly separate the healthy from the non healthy components of the food. Many times, these toxins will not pass through your colon properly, sometimes building up over days, weeks, months, or years. Kaeng Raeng Cleanse works to "flush" all of those toxins by using all natural fibers and water to help eliminate that colon build up. Further, Kaeng Raeng Cleanse is a restricted diet whereby you are abstaining from cooked, processed, heavily sugary or salted foods. Too little of water can lead to abdominal cramping, fatigue, and headaches. Even users who drink caffeine only on occasion will experience caffeine withdrawal headaches if stopping caffeine suddenly. We recommend switching to organic green tea if you feel you need caffeine.
What can I expect after my first day on the detox?
As the body eliminates toxins, it releases poison and drugs through the bowels and the skin. Having a rash or swelling, similar to an allergic reaction, is common as toxins are released through the skin. To speed up this process you should drink more water, exfoliate, or sweat. I've heard that these products can make you feel sick. Is that true?
Again, each person reacts differently to Kaeng Raeng Cleanse. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in Kaeng Raeng Cleanse, we do not recommend that you use it. However, during the healing process, you may experience some discomfort. In extreme cases of toxicity, you may actually feel ill, even after just one day on Kaeng Raeng Cleanse. These symptoms can include headache, nausea, constipation, and a skin rash. However, rest assured that it is your body's way of cleansing - getting rid of these toxins once and for all. During your cleansing, if you feel sick, chances are it is from toxins, bacteria and viruses that are being released into your body from your fatty deposits. Sticking with the cleanse, drinking water, and getting extra sleep will help this very short-term problem pass quickly. Do not be confused by your body's response. There is nothing in Kaeng Raeng Cleanse that would normally cause someone to become ill.
Will I get stomach cramps?
Harsh chemicals in other detox programs can upset your stomach. There are no stimulants or chemicals in Kaeng Raeng Cleanse, so it is unlikely you will have cramping or stomach pain. However, as mentioned before, not drinking enough water while doing the detox program can cause dehydration, which can lead to nausea, stomach pain, an increased heart rate, and feeling lightheaded. Kaeng Raeng Cleanse contains fiber and vitamins. If consumed too quickly, these ingredients can upset your stomach. Have you ever felt nauseous after taking a multi-vitamin without food? That's because your body is trying to absorb an influx of nutrients. The same thing can occur with Kaeng Raeng Cleanse. If you feel nauseous or light headed, you may be drinking your shake too quickly, and your body is overwhelmed with vitamins and nutrients. Sip it slowly and drink plenty of water!
Will I get constipated?
Constipation is a normal side effect of detoxing and may be experienced by those who regularly eat heavy amounts of processed, refined foods. By abstaining from these foods and changing your diet drastically, you may experience mild constipation in the short term. Most people report that this goes away after the first day. To alleviate constipation, drink plenty of water (including 64 oz of water in addition to the KR shakes per day). You may also find it useful to eat raw, unsalted nuts as healthy fats can stimulate the colon.
Do I have to give up coffee during a detox?
We do recommend you give up coffee during your cleanse. Although coffee in moderation can have health benefits, those who drink more than 1 cup per day should use KR as an opportunity to reduce coffee consumption. In addition to the caffeine which can cause sleeplessness, nervousness, and increased risk of heart attack in high doses, coffee is a natural diuretic and laxative. If you are a regular coffee drinker, your body may be accustomed to or even addicted to this laxative effect. By cutting coffee, you may initially experience constipation. We recommend cutting coffee entirely out of your diet and switching to black or green tea.
I've heard colon cleanses aren't healthy. Is this product safe?
Kaeng Raeng Cleanse has been evaluated by medical professionals for safety. Unlike colon cleanse products that use stimulants, KR contains only all natural ingredients from the earth (not a lab) and is designed to help you stay full while flushing unwanted toxins from your system. KR Cleanse is designed as a supplement to a healthy diet. Consult with a physician prior to starting the cleanse if you have any medical concerns.
I've heard that dietary supplements are not regulated by the FDA. How do I know this is safe?

Is the Kaeng Raeng Cleanse the same thing as a juice fast?
No. Juice fasts are liquid-only diets that involve a significant reduction in daily caloric intake, specifically deficient in protein and fiber. Kaeng Raeng is not a fast. Although many juice fasts and juice cleanses exist and may help you lose weight, KR Cleanse is a nutritional cleanse that provides protein, fiber, probiotics, and it's filling and easy to maintain. Many juice cleanses are simply sugar water fasts that may provide nutrients but are high in sugar and lack the fiber that makes fruit a whole food. Can I exercise on a cleanse?
Yes! In fact, regular stretching and low impact weight training is encouraged while using Kaeng Raeng Cleanse. During a cleanse, your body uses calories more efficiently. You will have better energy with less sleep and fewer calories. Each person's exercise abilities are different - do not continue strenuous exercise on the cleanse if you begin to feel faint or light headed.
How can I increase the benefits of my cleanse?
One of the best ways to enhance a cleanse is by drinking plenty of water. Water is a fundamental part of detoxing because it helps to speed up elimination and flush the colon. Other ways to enhance your detox include exfoliating the skin, sweating (either by sauna, steam, or exercise), getting a massage (drink plenty of water afterward!), and doing a salt water flush.
A SWF is a two-step process made famous by "The Master Cleanse". Consume one serving of herbal laxative tea in the evening (senna is the most common ingredient). The next morning, on an empty stomach, drink one liter mixed with two teaspoons of non-iodized salt. Your body will not absorb the salt water as it is indigestible and it will produce a bowel movement within 60 minutes. This is a more extreme form of cleansing that may be disruptive to normal daily activities and is not recommended by Kaeng Raeng. However, we get asked a lot about the salt water flush. Will I need to go to the bathroom a lot?
Due to the high water consumption associated with Kaeng Raeng Cleanse, many users expressed a need to use the bathroom more regularly than usual. Kaeng Raeng Cleanse is gentle and uses only all natural ingredients to help cleanse your digestive system and colon. Many users have expressed more frequent bowel movements; however, no users have expressed interruption to normal daily activities. Note: Overuse of Kaeng Raeng Cleanse may result in it ceasing to be effective. If you regularly use stimulant laxatives in your current diet, be sure to drink KR with at least 32 oz of water per serving.
Won't I be hungry? What if I feel faint?
Consult your doctor before starting any detox regimen. If at any time you feel faint, dehydrated, or dizzy, stop your detox. Many users felt full due to the large water consumption and amount of fruit per serving.
Who shouldn't detox?
If you want to do the full 3-day or 6-day cleanse program, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, any individual with a history of eating disorders, or any child under the age of 15 should NOT use Kaeng Raeng Cleanse. How much weight will I lose on the cleanse?
Every person varies and the amount of weight you can lose has a lot to do with how much you weigh before conducting your cleanse. We've had customers lose as much as 5 lbs in three days and 10 pounds in six days. Kaeng Raeng is not a long term weight loss solution.
Will I see results after the first day of the cleanse?
For best results, we recommend completing the full program. However, you may see results after just one day, although detox programs affect everyone differently. Kaeng Raeng as a meal replacement is filling and nutritious so drinking it just for one meal can be great for you!
Does it matter which order I drink the pouches?
No it does not. You can drink the pouches in whatever order you choose. We have different flavors for variety, but they each have the same cleansing power.
I bought a program but I don't want to do any or all of it right now. Can I save it for the future? What is the shelf life?
Yes! Kaeng Raeng Cleanse is freeze dried for preservation (we use no artificial preservatives) and actually has a shelf life well over 2 years. Store it in a cool, dry place and use it when you're ready. Once added to liquid, though, Kaeng Raeng Cleanse is raw food and will spoil within 12 hours. The ingredients in KR Cleanse are not pasteurized, so if you pre-blend a shake, you must refrigerate it for your safety.
The shakes are so filling! I can only drink 2 per day. Is that OK?
Kaeng Raeng Cleanse is packed with powerful cleansing ingredients that are necessary for maximum results. We strongly recommend drinking 3 per day. However, if you are unable to do so, we recommend drinking at least 2 per day and supplementing with raw vegetables.
I made a blender full of Kaeng Raeng Cleanse but can't finish it in one sitting. What do I do?
Kaeng Raeng Cleanse in powder form has a long shelf life. Once it's added to water, it should be consumed within 24 hours and refrigerated if not consumed immediately. Do not leave Kaeng Raeng Cleanse out in room temperature for several days as it contains live fruit that has not been pasteurized.
I don't want to add just water to the product. What else can I add?

Can I eat nuts on the program?
For best results, we recommend only raw fruits and vegetables. However, for first time users, you may find unsalted, raw nuts to be a good addition to the shakes.
Can I add Stevia?
Stevia can be used as part of a healthy cleanse, but it is not recommended. It may alter the taste of the product and won't get you the best results.
Can I add yogurt?
Everyone conducts detoxes differently. For best results, we do not recommend adding yogurt. However, yogurt can be a healthy alternative to sweets like ice cream and pudding. We recommend non-dairy yogurt. Make sure you pick a yogurt brand that contains no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives, and no added sugar.
Can I heat Kaeng Raeng Cleanse?
Kaeng Raeng Cleanse is best served cold and should not be heated.
I currently take a multivitamin. Can I take Kaeng Raeng Cleanse with my vitamins?
KR Cleanse can be consumed with other vitamins; however you may find too many vitamins can make you nauseous.
Will Kaeng Raeng Cleanse interfere with prescription drugs?
Kaeng Raeng Cleanse is a dietary supplement with cleansing power. It has not been proven to interfere with prescription drugs. However, we recommend taking prescription medication either 1 hour before or after drinking a serving of Kaeng Raeng Cleanse. Kaeng Raeng Cleanse does contain probiotics, so make sure to consult with your physician before using Kaeng Raeng with any antibiotics.
What should I eat before and after the cleanse?
If you consume a giant hamburger with fries the day before your cleanse, you will experience more severe side effects when you begin Kaeng Raeng Cleanse. We recommend easing into KR Cleanse by eliminating meat and dairy, then breads and oils, then sugars, prior to starting the cleanse over a couple of days. On your way out of the cleanse, reintroduce slowly cooked vegetables, whole grains, soy products, oils, and finally dairy and then meat if you eat those. How does Cleansing Clay actually detoxify the skin?
